[Guide] How to make a habbo retro (v26)

First get the download!

v26-retropack

all stuff in this pack CMS,EMU,xammp,ODBC,VB,.net4 And this post (README)

How to set up the ''retro''

1)

Unpack the v26-retro on desktop

Instal xammp...

instal OBCD

instal Virtual basic...

Now you installed that al you can get started..

2) Open xammp > start Mysql & apache.

3) open your internet browser

and go to localhost
Find security

set up an password USERNAME MUST BE ROOT (password can be evrything)

4) Click on save

5) Go back to htdocs..

make it empty!

6) now fill htdocs with the files from phpretro

7) go to your internet browser...

8) go to localhost/phpmyadmin

login with username : root
: your password (xammp)

9) creae a database named holodb

10) click on INPORT

11) open file desktop > v26_Holograph_Emulator > v26 Holograph Eulator > holodb.sql

12) click on start

13) if thats done (take a while loading) go to localhost (at your web-browser

14) now hard-cms instal wil apper Fill in this informaton (what's already filled in you not eed to edit

PASSOWRD : (your xammp password)
DATABASE : holodb

15) if its all filled in clikc on next (ore somtinglike that)

16) YOUR HOTEL NAME : THE NAME OF YOUR HOTEL ( Like : your hotel)
SHORT NAME : THE SHORT NAME ( Like : your)

17) Click next

18) NOW MAKE AN ACCOUNT IN THE INSTALLER THIS WIL BE A ADMIN ACCOUNT WHERE YOU CAN CHANGE THING

NAME : the name (not forget this)
PASSOWRD : a password you may not forget (PLEASE NOT TYPE TO FAST JUST FOR MISSTAKES)
E-MAIl : fill in your e-mail addres

19) Click next...

Wait for done to show up...

Click next...

20) Go to htdocs > instal | and cut the config

21.1) Go to htdocs > includes | and paste config here!

21.2) now delete instal (folder)

22) now open hamachi

23) click on the (|) button (to log in)

24) click on network > create a network

25) Name your network..
Make a simple password (123)

26) create that network

27) now go to localhost (web-browser)

Login on your hotel!

go to housekeeping

Login on housekeeping (your hotel account)

go to settings > site

Change localhost to your hamachi ip

click save/done ect

now go to Settings > hotel and fill in the information (not port & MUS port)

now go to the holograph emulator folder

go to bin > release > bin > mysql

open it with notepad

you see this

password=Hier dein PW

Change it

[mysql]
host=localhost
port=3306
database=holodb
username=root
password=YOUR PASSWORD HERE! (xammp password)

save it

go 1 foder back Bin > release | and open holograph emulator!

now go to your hamachi ip (in your webbrowser just fill in the addres bar your hamachi ip)

go back to housekeeping > login > hotel | change ::1 to Your hamachi ip

Change the dcr,texts and variables to working 1's

Click done/save

go back to YOURHAMACHIIP/me

and test the client (MAKE SURE YOU OPENED THE EMULATOR 1's!)

The emulator is the server but if you open 2's it wil crash..

Just go to client and chek the connection..

if you got intro the hotel your done!!!!!!

ps battlebal works (but 1 bugg : you cant talk on a game xD)

I have same problem as you xWiiNdOwS! the Emu doesnt connect, something to do with ODBC.. all text is green then it shows a red text fast and the emu closes.. i can take a screenshot and read it but it doesnt help alot talks about obdc and stuff

Hi its just that ive just finished making my v26 retro hotel, and when its on home page where its ment to say enter hotel next to my character is says gifted is offline*gifted is name of my hotel* can you please message me back ASAP how i can fix it(put hotel online) i will make you co owner of hotel, PLEASE HELP, THANK YOU :) email: [email protected]

yeah i think you did not instal mysql connector (ODBC) correctly

Yeah thats a bugg thats some times apper just go to link.

+ make sure your emulator is connected

Download the MySQL ODBC Driver 5.1 and also MySQL Connector/Net 5.2.5.

the tut works completly u have to follow it word for word the emu u dont work becux u used the 2's not the 1's :l 10/10
