I haven't legitimately tried this out yet, that's why this is not in my normal Tutorial style.
To create a Rigged Dice theroretically all you would need is basic SWF editing. You would use my tutorial on how to create a custom, and create a new page in the catalogue called rigged dice, maybe ristrict it to certain ranks, i dont care. Anyway, you decompile a Dice and lets say you only want one to roll 6, then you take images 1, 2 , 3, 4,5,6 and open them in photoshop. Copy the contents of the image that was in the dice for number 6 and pastte it over 1,2,3,4 and 5. That way, now that even though it rolls randomly, its only option is to roll a 6.
Reminder: THIS IS EVIL! This is how you scam users out of furni/coins. Use at own risk.

Its a release. Get over it. Plus, you want to control your economy? Higher scammers that u give acccess to this page and they make casinos and scam other users out of mass amounts of coins and furni. Then you delete what they get, and give them MOD or something. Its a concept that most of you havent thought of yet. Once again.

Another example, lets say there is this annoying kid on your retro and you bet him admin, but if you win you can perm ban him.

Why go through so much effort and be so bent to your users.
How about for YOUR hotel you just don't give them rares if all you are going to do is 100% decrease their chances of building their own casino, because some nooby owner has done some crap SWF editing and flanked their chances...I'm sure they will cotton on in the end.

Don't need to act like a knobhead just to ban someone or hang them upside down for all their valuables. I'm sure they'd love to visit your hotel, gain a bunch of rares then lose them each and every time..
Its also great entertainment.
I guess I released this cause I like to also scam people out of Words With Friends. I cheat. I use Win Every Game and I cheat. Its fun to see there reaction.
