[Guide] Phoenx 3.6.4 & Phoenix 3.7.0 FIX

Hey everyone here is a new fix for:

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an obj
ect.
at ☺. ♦.☺()
at Phoenix.x867eb3246b182488.xc447809891322395(String[] xce8d8c7e3c2c2426)

The fix worked for me on: All Phoenix Emulators!

Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and open hosts with notepad or something like that.

Then delete everything and paste:

Ive got the license from a friend, but i got the error also.
He has send me his hosts file and this fixed it.

3.7.0 doesn't work cracked. Reason I use cracked is because im ip ban on otak. It just says 'Haboon has gone away' when you use it. Also, it's the one by JmmC

@DeliriousCoder Didnt see something for JmmC... and ive a working cracked phoenix, thats works but im not use him (i use licensed)

@Facebook: I can't use the licensed emu because I have a license from someone else that doesn't startup either! AND IT'S NOT THE LICENSE BECAUSE OM MY VPS IT DOES STARTUP!!!

It doesn't give any license error and the MS-DOS windows doesn't even get a title, it just closes in 1 second after being opened.
