VERY EASY FIX!

If you're having this problem with the rev63 cms (phoenix 1.9.9.9)

Goto you're C:\xampp\htdocs\app\management\config.ini

Then where it says:

$_CONFIG['hotel']['external_texts'] = 'http://localhost/r63/external_flash_texts'; //External Flash Texts [Don't edit][/CODE]


Change it too:

$_CONFIG['hotel']['external_texts'] = 'http://localhost/r63/external_flash_texts.txt'; //External Flash Texts [Don't edit]

Make sure all of those dcr's have .txt behind them if they are text files!
