Sup guys, just here to tell you two things that will fix your APACHE if it dont run.
There is a few things that might be blocking Port 80..
Skype And Services
______________________________________________________________
Skype:
Step 1: Open Skype
Step 2: Click Tools > Connection Options
A box should pop up, and you will see that Skype is one of the programs using Port 80.. un tick that box and save.
_______________________________________________________________
(Note: if you have done this but yet Apache still don't work do the following...)
_______________________________________________________________
Services:
Step 1: Click Start
Step 2: Right Click 'Computer'
Step 3: Click 'Manage'
A management console will pop up.. there you will see 'Services and Applications' Click it.. another page will pop up then click 'Services' scroll all the way down.
There you will see 'World Wide Web Publishing Service' about this service: "Provides Web connectivity and administration through the Internet Information Services Manager" this service is also blocking your Port 80 access.. right click and 'Stop' the service once done it will stop blocking Port 80 close the Management console and open XAMPP control panel and run 'Apache' then go on your default browser or any browser you wish and in the search bar type http://localhost and everything should be fine.
If none of this work then i don't know what is blocking your Port 80.
Hope this tut worked for anyone that had a problem with 'Apache'.

There is also TeamViewer which uses Port 80 and 443 I think. What's with stopping the IIS Service anyway..? If you have it installed then you must have installed it to use it instead of XAMPP.
Yup Teamviewer & The Installing Apache Thing Aswell As oovoo.
Team viewer shouldn't really effect Apache, well it don't effect me to be honest
