if the link dont work for u.. i figured out the porblem, turns out, this tut is not detailed enough, i had to check on another tut to understand..u have to go in tje xampp file thing and run the control panel, then when u get there, it opens a small window and it says:
Appache start
MySQL start
and u click on those to start the run.. and then u go back on the tutorial and u click the phpmyadmin link adn it should work

Hey guys, today I am going to explain to you how to make an Roleplaying Habbo Retro. First off you will need a few programs to make it work correctly, The links are listed below!

XAMPP:

You must be registered to see links

To make things easier, I've compiled the full release into one file.

MySQL ODBC Driver 5.2:

You must be registered to see links

Microsoft Visual C# Express Edition:

You must be registered to see links

Good! Now we can begin. 1. First, you want to create a folder and extract all of the CMS, Emu, ect. to it.

2. Once you have done so find your Xampp folder and then go to Htdocs.

3. Delete everything in your Htdocs.

4. Move your CMS into your Htdocs.

Now you want to go to

Good, now create a new database named whatever you want.

Now go to import, you will find the database to import in the Emulator.

If you have done everything correct so far it should work correctly. Now go to localhost/install

and do everything it says. We are almost done! Now you want to go to your Emulator, then bin, debug, and bin again.

Now click MYSQL and change the things needed in it. Now your done!

Help me please, ive tried plenty of times but not this tutorial, another tutorial off youtube, the user that made the tutorial was iCreativeTutorials, Okay so ive done everything he's done, When i Delete the last install and put config into the other folder and i Press the home screen on the phprtro it shows a white background with black writing and the letters are all on the right? is it because me xampp is v1.73

Okay, so i have 2 problems.
1. I can't run the Emulator. I've tried the Realease one and the Debug one.
2. My page is nice. But one the top where the header/banner should be and some small places else. Alot of (php) errors :S
