With the recent spark of life getting back to the scene I thought it wise to make Rose development more accessible to newcomers, with this in mind I decided to make one topic containing most files you could need to not only get your server up and running but actually start working on it. Now as I'm sure all of you are aware, most of the links that stand on the forums are dead, as such many files will have to be re-uploaded, most of which I don't have so please; feel free to jump in and upload any files to a reliable host that keeps the files alive and submit them to the thread. I will edit this post regularly.

Server files:

Osrose:
Osprose:
Osirose:
Arcturus: ,

Clients:

Irose:

HRose 131_131:
129_129:
RuffRose v799:
Bratok Rose v2:

Osprose:

{To be added}

Osrose:

139_139:

Client plug-in's/additions:

Neoncube: ; {Can someone with the right version of VS compile this one?}
A tool that lets you update your client without having to do it manually. (For guides please look in the last section of this post.)

Neoncube 2.0:
Works just like Neoncube, only without the need to delete items in your patchlist. (For guides please look in the last section of this post.)

Neoncube revamped: {Can anyone upload this one?}
A version of Neoncube without the need to delete items in your patchlist, config detailes are stored in the executable instead of ini and several other changes are made. (For guides please look in the last section of this post.)

Oro:
This includes all the files needed to add Oro to your client. (For guides please look in the last section of this post.)

Ehmm guys, you're just giving him the attention he so desperately wants.. Let him be, I really don't mind him. Some people simply grow up a bit later then others do :)

If it bugs you, report it.

Always show respect towards each other. Flames and personal attacks are not welcome at RaGEZONE.

Warning issued against "Insulting other members", all flame-bait removed from the thread as it's off-topic anyway. ;)

Thanks for the thread, links and call for calm mit1mit2. :)

Just uploaded 42 items to my fileserver; will be adding them to the topic when time allows it.

A big update pressed through, still some things left to add and figure out.

I'm missing a lot of tools, I've uploaded on the google code. For example; Lmame's tool center, TSI editor and Xadet's map editor.

I'm quite busy atm but I'm going to check with Xadet concerning his map editor instead of just putting it in here. If he's fine with it it'll get a position among the tools.

Xadet never wanted his map-editor public freely... but really without light-map tools its very very useless to anyone.
but its a good way to get a feel for the maps i guess.

the 3dmax plugin is better for map editing really... but who has that....

I've got the lightmap tools as well so I will be making it available should Xadet agree.

It's out there anyway and it's easy to find. why not just add it to the list it's not like it's going to matter anyway.
Sorry but asking him, if he wants it or not is not going to change the fact that it's out there and easy to download.

No it won't change anything but it will still be a sign of respect to the creator of the tools. Which is also why I try to go to the trouble of finding those that deserve credit when credit is due, also when it's not simply in the title of the program. I've got his e-mail so I'll send him a mail right now ^^

Just credit him and it's a sign of respect lol. I'm not sure why you would bother going through that anyway.
