My drum pad dropped and fucking hit my computer tower, now it's making a weird noise o_O
What do I doo?!!

Might simply be a cable is hitting one of the fans on the inside, Pop open your case and look inside, see if there are any wires near the fan blades.

Could be the hard drive or CD/DVD drive also.

I tried to open it a few days ago, but the thumbscrew won't fucking come off?!

Stripped, you have to try to pry them out with maybe a flathead.

Some don't come all the way out, they just hang to the side panel so you don't lose them, Maybe you can try loosening them as far as they'll go and then try pulling it off
