Discharged PSU

im having trouble with my psu. i already plugged it but still i cant get power? how to i charge it? or do i need to buy a new one?

Check the fuses, you might be lucky and fix it by replacing one.

If that doesn't work then verify that the PSU is broken by checking the 5V and 12V output.
