Hey,
I've been having this problem for a while now and I still haven't found an answer.
When I'm playing a game that takes some toll on the laptop, the screen just goes black and I have to force reboot the laptop (and even then it might not reboot correctly the first time).
I've been monitoring the heat of the GPU and it reaches around 60-70 degrees celsius (I think, the program doesn't tell me if it's Celsius/Fahrenheid).
I've been googling a bit, and it seems more people have the same problem, although I couldn't find an answer to the problem there.
Is there anyone who knows what could cause it and what I can do to fix it?
I'm running an Alienware m17x R4, upgraded to Windows 8.1 Pro N. The name of the GPU is GeForce GTX 675m.
Thanks in advance
