Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. how to change my file extension to window default? I uninstall ultraedit and everytime I open a file e.i. .txt file, windows cannot open it, it always asking me to use a default program to open it or use the web to view the files.

need help badly thanks!
