[Help] Website Encoding

Please help me on how to remove this thing or atleast allow Unicode in my webpage I already use UTF-8 but still this one appears.

Assuming the data is coming from MySQL? If that is the case, set names to utf-8 in your query.

No its MSSQL. UTF-8 seems wont work and I also tried ISO-8859-1 but byte order mark (bom) are appearing somewhere in my webpage.

Do you also have UTF-8 in the <head>?
