IP Board Problem

I am having a Signature Problem. I tried to find the source of it even looking through the php files but still couldn't find what is causing it. Anyway the Problem is that no one is able to change or edit their Signature in the forum. Do anyone know what is the problem?

I have enable features for all groups but it still showing this image. Is IP Board Trolling?

I am actually in an Admin Group even I can't edit it. I do not know what is the problem and I am using IP Board 3.4.5

have you checked the folders permission? if its allowed to write and read, most of the webserver disabled it for a reason.
