Having issues with disk usage in Windows 8.1

There is a problem with disk usage in Windows 8.1 start task manager and past a screenshot.

I am using 8.1 and frequently having disk usage problems, ideas?

There are a few services you can shut down in 8.1 (if you haven't updated it because Microsoft fixed these issues already) that fix the 100% CPU usage bug...Google it and you can see which ones they are...or just update

My issue is with disk, not CPU. I will look into @maartenvn's video later

That's a fix for disk usage.

Monolith Thanks for that. My high disk usage led to high temperature which was somewhat related.
