Okay, so basically I setup some ports to be forwarded to my web server ran by xampp.
After doing it, I couldn't be bothered to continue so I removed everything I'd done - so my router settings were back to normal etc.
Unfortunately, now whenever I want to go to

which is a giant paint in the butt - I've cleared cache 4 or 5 times, restarted my laptop and my router but still nothing!Any ideas on what's wrong?
