Ram not being used?

As you can see in the above picture, I have 8 gbs installed on my compute for ram, but it is only allowing 3.46gbs(same when I remove one of the ram sticks), both ram sticks work, and on the exact model computer that I bought at the same time, allows for all 8 gbs.

I genuinely cant figure out what is wrong with it.
