VGA splitter issue

So I just got a VGA splitter because I am going to have a bigger monitor ima use for videos and what not and I didnt want to keep removing and connecting between the 2, anyways, so I got a VGA splitter and now it shows my Acer S275HL monitor as a Generic Non-PnP monitor and I can see a drop in the quality. Any way to make it show my Acer as it is and not as an Generic Non-PnP monitor.

I tried downloading the driver and all that. Without the VGA splitter my computer recognizes it just fine.

If you read the reviews, you will see that many people have issues with it. You're better off buying a quality brand VGA splitter instead of this.

Yeh no poop, looks like a dodgy product & a dodgy company. Offering someone $2 to take a review down... BL, should have read all of that before you bought it

It was the best one I can find for a reasonable price. alright thanks

If you guys can recommend a good quality one, that would be great.
