So im signed up with an account at a webhosting company. They use cpanel and i used my own domain. Their service was lousy so I switced to a more reliadble company and changed my nameservers to the new host. The problem is is that for some reason when I go to my domain it points to my old hosting and not my new. I can't delete my account on the old one because I can't get ahold of the admin. What can I DO?

try cleaning your temp internet files or reupdate with the dns servers (modem/router reboot)

yes they are? dns was updated twice in the last 48 hours

Both use cpanel if that means anything

when you switch your name server you have to lock your domain.

(thats what you can do in dynadot)
