it is not a ct1 server it is a c3-c4 the files are from 2004 looks like pp relase
i have test ist ct1 is not working i can connect with my old c3 and c4 cleint
no c4-ct1 skills and classe in it and all new server are 64 bit files and 32 bit

so have fun

Download again files with error. Maybe been found a flaw in your download manager ;)
