[ARCTURUS] Dutch emulator_texts

Hey RageZone,

I wanted to do something for the Dutch community, and I know that here are some dutch people... so I decided to release my emulator_texts from Arcturus. It's 100% translated to Dutch. Because I know here are some lazy people... and it's over 500 records... so. Here you go, I did al the hard work for you guys! Just replace your emulator_texts with mine.

Oh, and also it is for the current version of Arcturus: 1.12.0
