Fix for Country Gate:

Before you Insert catalogue_items into your DB do this:

Open catalogue_items.txt

Search for:

('11516', 'country_gate', '1', '2', '1', '0', '0,0,0', '0', '1', '1', '115', '11516', 'country_gate', 'country_gate', 6),

and replace it with:

('11516', 'country_gate', '1', '2', '1', '0', '0,0,0', '1', '1', '1', '115', '11516', 'country_gate', 'country_gate', 6),

Then the Gate should be working.
