[NL] Carbon packetlogger + send function

Dear RaGEZONE users,

My friend PEjump2 is banned of RaGEZONE for various reasons, because of that i'm releasing his work here.
This is a packet logger for the new protocol of Habbo and you can send packets with it (It might not work properly yet - because of testing).

Functions:

Save logs (it automaticly saves logs in same directory as logger)
log server and client
send to client and maybe server
clear logs
pause logs

Proof that the packetlogger works:

Edit: nevermind, it only works for .nl which the majority of this section doesn't use.

Heh, interesting. I was looking at h4v0ck the other night and it's still pretty much functional. I didn't get a chance to implement the new encoding yet though. ^_^

PE is trying to decode it further so there are no bytes anymore

Didn't expect this from Pejump, packet logging looks nice, but packet sending is just 1-2-3 bugged, doesn't work.
