The IPv4 block ranges don't really take effect anymore. Hamachi uses 5.x, 25.x, and much more.

Heck my IP starts with 82.x And I could have sworn at some point that was meant to be a private IP address.

It's mainly because the world's running out of IPv4 addresses/blocks, so those ranges don't take effect anymore, as I said my previous post.

It's a good clean source, as far as i know everything works so far, tested most of it.

Your wrong, i just disabled it and typed :shutdown & it just appears as a chat for me, but when enabled it does shutdown when i type :shutdown
