Phoenix PHP Add On

Hello everyone,

I was sat there today quite bored so I thought I'd start messing around with stuff.

Thanks to the code by 'Predict' I created some things such as most active user etc, I will also re-release the things by Predict

Add this where ever you wish (I use community.php)

If you're using my Values system all you need to add is the first code. (;
seeing as everyone started using the tooltip after I released it.
