It Works For Vista Place The OCX Missing Into System32 In WINDOWS Folder Then Right Click CMD And Run As A Admin Then Put regsvr32 MSWINSCK.OCX then enter and
regsvr32 MSINET.OCX then enter. DO NOT DELETE THE OCX AFTERFARDS.

I got the OCX missing error but then i just ran hablog as administrator instead. (im on vista btw and it worked ok)

my problem was that it showed 7 habbos had already registered and it looked like someone elses server...

I have one question over the Hablog V9: I have a server ( 100 MBit ) but i have a error. If i start the hotel and i wil play it, i see a error. You can test it:

They are Hebbo's servers, if he wants his servers to be popular then he can fix them himself instead of making other people waste the precious valuable time doing it and doing his dirty work for him.
