[Release] working database uber/phoenix

Ok so today I bring a database i have added Downf4ll's v6 catalog to work with the new updated phoenix emulator. I hear alot of people saying that they cant use his catalog anymore because of the update but i have edited this database to work with the emulator and this database is compatible with ZCMS, RCMS, Phoenix cf it works with a pretty good selection of cms's have fun

Just saying, but if you're a Phoenix licence holder, you only have to update your database and the catalog works :s

And why put rares in the ecotron?

the rares are only in ecotron because that is how downfall did it mate
