oh and by the way, you will NOT be sued. there are currently 2 or 3 Chinese Private servers who use SoF's game files like you do. They are both not from the US, like you, so why would they shut you down and not the others?

I have so many damn questions -.- My FINAL question is: You said earlier that this game will only be hosted by you for the alpha and beta, if so, why would you need GM's, board admin, irc admin, premium shop specialist, etc. You could just do all of this in this testing. Or are you going to host a permanent private server? (Which takes much time and effort as well as an everlasting computer -.-)

Dont worry about all this. Once this passes its beta phase there WILL be a permanent server^^

This is the reason for all the positions...

IRC right now is hosted on its own server

The game server will be hosted on its own server

So in general YES there will be ALOT of work involved, but while we transist from beta to Final Release you will still be able to play...

NOW!!!

There will be a weekly server maintence EVERY week to keep updated information.

Board Admin rights will be reserved strickly for the boards, BUT

All team members WOULD be required to stay in IRC to support users if they need help.

Also, there will be a ticket system.

There will be a dedicated website for the private server as well^^

Currend, in case you have not figured this out yet like you said earlier, you can find the GM status editing under servergame.ini you can have a max of 5 GMs. It is pretty straight forward from there and in this file you can also edit exp rate, money rate, and ki rate. I got this from a post, so do not credit me with anything^^. Oh and this may not be true, you might have a different client. I just posted this to give you all the help I can....

Sorry for my delay again. I need to inform everyone that my assignment on the SoF private server has been reassigned. I will no longer be working on this project as it has been assigned to CrimsonFlameRTR.

I will still be assisting him and we have already made the entire client. He will be on and will open a new thread
