Lol, the basic internet download tool and you don't even have it or know what it does, anyways just download the file then download winrar here then right click the rar file and click "extract here" and boom your files magicially appear, but if you don't know what winrar is i suggest you don't try to start a rs pserver as it gets alot harder then knowing basic internet tools...
