Arcturus SHO_GS Error

I repeatedly have Access Violation Errors whenever I try starting the game server,
has anyone else encountered this problem?

LS and WS both run fine and are connected.
Running on Windows Server 2008 R2

Any insight would be appreciated,

try re-extract the whole 3ddata files
