when i run arcturus server in my VPS server is always waiting but when i run in my computer all run normal anyone to help me?

Ok it looks like you do not have all of the required sql files to me...So here try these.

same sir... hahaha i tired to fix it... i change port,ODBC,and all but all same hahaha,,,,,

invalid packet type, you are using a client that is not compatible with the servers encryption.

Easy solution: change the client
