The errors you recieve are not because of the tutorial, they're caused by your own stupidity. Maybe try re-reading each instruction at least 3 times?

OK - there is a bug in the new version of XAMPP.

go to:

C:\xampp\apache\conf\extra

and open ip

httpd-xampp.conf

Now, press CTRL + F, and search for

localhost

replace localhost with:

127.0.0.1

and your done

Restart apache, then try again!
