a simple guide trough this quest (decreases your pk-counter)

1.talk to a Black Judge (locations you can find here:[Only Registered and Activated Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register...])

2.She sends you to Magister Joan (located in Ivory Tower 2nd Floor elven wizard guild)

3.Magister Joan ask you to bring 3 Trisamlim Tarantula`s Venom Sac

4.Go to Sea of Spores and kill Trisamlim Tarantulas till you get 3 of the Items

5.Return the questitems to Magister Joan

6.Go back to the Blackjudge, she will send you to Blacksmith Pushkin @ Giran Blacksmith

7.Pushkin asks you for some items to make the menacle.Items are:
1x Blacksmiths Frame (ask a dwarf of your trust for crafting this or create the item directly @ pushkin, you need the recipe and some mats for it)

10x Cokes

10x Silver Nuggets

2X Adamantite Nuggets

5x Steel

(lucky once who didnt sold all the mats eh?)

8.Collect the mats and give it to Pushkin, he will create the Menacle

9.Go back to the Black Judge, she will activate the Menacle so you can summon a SinEater out of it.

10. go and lvl the Sin Eater. its enough to have summoned the Pet during you kill some mobs (pet is supposed to be feeded with food for wolves, unfortunatelly you can´t place items in his inventory, its bugged a bit, but the sin eater isn´t that hungry so you shouldt able to lvl him without feeding).
The pet absorbs your whole Exp-Gain till it lvl-up (only yours, party members aren´t affected).

11.when the sin eater lvled up once, go back to the Black Judge and speak with her again, she will remove some (between 1-10) pk-points from you.

The menacle doesn´t dissappear after decreasing the pk-counter, so you can
lvl the pet again and decrease your pk´s without doing the quest again.

addition: don´t worry if the pk counter don´t decreases at the 1st time you did the quest...just do it again....and again...and again :)

It is supposed to take a random number 1-10, so if it doesn't take at least 1 then just relog and you see the changes. When I did the quest the quest never actually updated in my quest log so I had to do it from memory and my pk count didn't decrease until I relogged but it worked fine.

well i ve lvled the ugly pet 16 times in a row and atleast @ the 2nd time i came back to black judge with the lveled sineater it takes my pk counter down instantly....so i don´t need relogs XD (its dangerous to relog btw sometimes your manacles disapear during a relog)

oh btw if you keep the pet food for wolves in YOUR inventory, the sin eater can eat them with no problem. I was testing that the other day.
All pets work that way they can eat from your inventory

The food didn't work for me like that but I only had to kill one mob so it wasn't really a problem.

I dont have any pk yet ;) will try to get one and do the quest someday maybe

Apparently this quest had a little issue.

it wasn't letting some people start it who were level 80. I talked to evill33t about this and he said it is fixable and should be working soon.

You shouldn't have to do this on your main class, but should work on any sub, but you aren't supposed to change subs while you are doing the quest.

When pk hits 0, the manacles will disappear.
