3ds Max 8 Importer latest and last build.

As requested by quite a few people, here it is!

3ds Max 8 importer with skinning, this is still an unfinished project but i can't work on it any further because i can't compile the project i made anymore on my new PC (multiple reasons).:/:
Even though this is an unfinished project it still works for most skinned objects.
