Removing the whole level system from kal

Hi, just idea,what would you think if i would remove the levels,so the levels isnt matter anymore,we will rank the players with honor points,the level effect can stay to see when u got another stat points,exp bar will stay to see when u get another stat points,if you reach 10bars you get 10-15 stat points and some honor point thats all,weapon,armors will be no level limited,all mobs level min two times highered,but their absorb/attack decreased 30%, ,3rd job/4th job skill would requie some honor points,but no level limited

no more drama about levels,no level limited areas etc,no high or low level,there will be players only with higher or lower stat points depends how much they play..

interesting.
If you remove all the levels and all the limits. what is the goal you can give to the players?
What can you do with the honor points etc. why would someone farm so many point without a reward? (except for the top rank)

I think a reward system and rankings can be accomplished at the same time.


If you use the honor points to buy an item from an npc and in return the the npc will take the honor points away and give back another replacement item in your task ( where the golden coin goes normally ).


The rank can then read those items for the top ranking spot.


so you would not lose the honor points you have you would just replace it with a new item when the player buys them.


Interesting concept though and might be an interesting server to play if done correctly.

for such a major change, may as well create new game using unreal engine
