was really good! we did some striking work on the bags to start and then finished with conditioning and some wrestling at the end for good measure, was great fun!

True. It was really easy to take on Flameing after his workout... yeah i know, i strike at the enemy when he's at his weakest like a true Ninja! :D

Now to grab 1 of Exy's swords to ambush him when he gets home. ;)

Anyway not sure when that video will be up, i recorded in parts due to size and length, so i'm gonna have to edit it together and all which will take a little while to do, and not sure if i'm gonna do it while i'm in England.

Yeah it's really nice. Obviously each has their own opinion, but living in a extremely flat country where everything is built to make the best use of every single centimeter, then it's quite amazing to be in a country where lots of room is unused and you basicly have a amazing view of villages and hills in the background. And ofcourse lots of sheep... i know some of you who likes them. ;)
