BPT4220 - Server/Client - New Class - Binaries

Hello there, it looks like Christmas came early this year.

I have something nice for you, BPT v4220 Server + Client binaries, taken from the binaries Masangsoft distributes to it's partners, hacked together with a bunch of different pt files so it just works (-ish).

What "just works"(-ish)
- New Class
- T5
- General Gameplay

What doesn't "just work"
- Special BPT modifications (probably)
- Some mobs crash the game
- Some files are probably encoded wrong (EUC-KR/UTF-8)
- Generic bugs

This release is kinda hacked together but as stated previously it just works(-ish).

- Everyone who isn't a whiny baby and is keeping their files only for themself for profit. (Looking at you Fortress). We could all profit from each other if we all would be more open with our development and actually release the source code of our work or have an open development via git. We are a tiny community after all.
- SunnyZ, for inspiring me to release this with his recent leak.
- Everyone contributing to this small and tiny, slowly dying, scene.

I hope this inspires some more people to give something back.

Awesome release SONNENPFAD,

I have tested these files and they work. It looks like BPT adjust the game themselves as these have:

11 classes:
up to and including Ancient weapon map (no Sea of Abyss)
Up to and including flame set (no abyss nor verus gear)

but it works, and is stable.

I will start translating it and will upload when completed.

Yeah, that's what I did.
My vm runs basically ALL pt servers as the sql database has never really changed in the past 15 years.
Just copy/paste the sql.dlls, open the ports in windows firewall and you should be good to go.

nice release..but i found a bug. the clan page don't have clan disband, clan missing, clan degelete, clan sub icon. It the same problem with sparky pt client. Does anyone have same problem.

It's my first time for PT server, do i create any registry file ? or open port, or install db or other ?

it says server is not reached (nao fai passivel se connectar a servidor)

Read the pinned posts, theres a full tutorial on how to set up servers.
and yes, you need mssql on your server pc and open port 10012 for the clients to reach the server.
