New Pristontale Launcher

Hi All

I've decided to build a new launcher (because I was bored)
Uses an ini file to set server ip, server port, notice page etc
Adjustable settings for background music, resolution, graphics, full screen and view point expansion

Sets hotuk to server IP on launch, next revision will have that set by remote page.

Requires .net 3.5 or higher.

Will read from and edit [B]ptreg.rgx[/B] for settings file
Will launch[B] game.exe[/B] upon click of launch
