I would say the disuse day in the accountdb is not set ahead of current day (i.e. set to the past?)

if you use the default admin password set in the servers hotuk and you can login fine, then yes, it is 100% the disuse day column set for the account as @Phatkone said.

@Pricky2016 dont bother with this server. its old and PT isnt built for linux distros so just go with a newer one like the sunnyz vm
