it is all offline / online, it depends on you ..
you can just use localhost IP then its offline, there is no extra files for online .. it is exactly the same files for online which you use in localhost for offline .. you will just use another IP

maybe in online you use 193.123.123.123 .. in localhost 127.0.0.1 .. easy .. but for 100% item mall won't work in localhost (itemserver), so you need to play without that but thats np .. itemserver only works if you have a IP like 193 .. I really don't know why, but thats the truth & thats what happened to me .. it didn't work in localhost & and then it automatically did in the VPS when I made "online"

so .. no difference .. just download and use your 127.0.0.1 IP
