How do I spawn NPC's (Manage their locations)?

How do I make an updater(patcher) in my client?

Amd lastly, can someone send me the ID's of NPC's with their names, in english

just convert TantraParam in -> _sv
and put it in server zone folders
and TantraParam.Tpa in System Client Folder and try buy
