Delete Item Using MSSQL Query

If there is an InsertItem query is it also possible that there is a Delete Item query? So that we can delete a certain user's item without going through GM TOOL?

No this is not a function that has ever been developed in the server. The only thing that has been created is the item add in the database server. Manual deletion of items must be done at the account level which means accessing the tad file to do so else you could create something that will read their accounts similar to some things that were released in ragezone for reading the tad file for the master points. But, it will take time and patience to get it right because of the constant changes to your files.
