and next problem i change font in HtLauncher to "verdana" and font succes change but i have wrong letters...

I'll just say that you will waste your time deleting that part of the client UI, and the reason is: players can use another client with that UI enable to login to your server and use it. So leave those there and focus on blocking what that UI does at server side.
