In naga dungeon the skull scraps are dropped correctly but, still cannot enter the other portals in naga dungeon. is there something that i am missing? please let me know what i need to do and how to do it. thank you.

do you have any ideas where the portal properties are at? i know how to change portals in the param but, how to add requirements to open portals is what i mean.
