Ive read the getting started page thing but when i go to install it wont let me install the file thing

You DO need the actual game.
Grand Theft Auto San Andreas, for the PC.
Without it you can't play MP.

You can either buy it, or get it illegally (which is not here).

--Problem installing client
-The "install" button isn't clickable. I tried setting the directory to a diffren't place and still wont work..

Any way to fix this problem?

Er, If it was me in your situation I'd keep clicking about the window until it became clickable
