Searching for Scripter

Im searching for scripter who can help me develop Liverty City RolePlay. I want to put a lot of scripts from NG:RP but its hard.
*I want garage script (Garage would have Levels)
*Fix some map bugs and improve map
*make barriers around LS where you need pay toll and admin can block them
*Update interiers
*Update Prison with Cell system.

Or help me with NG:RP, i have upgraded NG:RP and it's newer that others
*Make the same House System like L:RP
*Make the same Business System like L:RP
*Make the same Gate system like L:RP
*Update Prison with Cell system.
*Change Bank interier
*Make Garage System



Better i want to edit NG:RP because there is a lot of more functions and map updates, but i like few things in L:RP to and want to combine this two GM, but the code is not the same and it's not very easy.
