Ogame, Different theme, Development time?

Hey guys.
Don't really know if this is the right section?

How many of you would play an Ogame, gameplay style post apocalyptic (think Fallout3) browser game?

What would be different? - The gameplay will be exactly the same. Only the names of objects(planets, fleets, "moon") will be changed to fit with the theme.

I started working with an old xNova source late last night to see what I could come up with (pm me for link).

How long do you think it would take to complete this task?
My personal goal is to have a playable game before November 1st.

I came here mainly to ask these questions but might as well ask a couple more.

What do I have currently:
xNova script - with bug fixes, slightly different template(been worked on)
A Server - I use this server for more than this game, it isn't going to be super fast.
Extensive knowledge of mmorpg's (From owning 2 text based games to been a tester for NHN Corp(NA))
Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML, Javascript.
