but how do i access the Admin panel to add GO's, SGO's, and other Admins?

It is in a different langage with Access Refused

the different lang is because it is not 100% converted over nothing to worry about i hope the new team will convert it to 100% English in the RO12 and most errors and descriptions show up as FR i think just because there not converted.. ive posted back in your other topic and i think it might solve your prob

you need to go into your database under users and change you user access to like 2 or 3. Then you get a link in your left menu to the admin panel.
