Need your help Xnova(R) 5.9 research times & max building level cap...

Hello every one installed Xnova, but research times are too long, how to make(&where to look for this vars) all researches at 1 sec but so, that it can be changed any moment to another one. And where to look for building level caps?

Sorry but I can't find where is variable that is influencing research time even with research lab lvl 30 and university lvl 100 research time the same 17m49s galaxy speed 99999.9999 and buildings&fleets has 0m1s build time but research still the same how and where to change it? anyone please
