[Release] Alliance Minor Fix.

[Updated]
Today i release Version 0.2 of my files..

Changelog :
Version 0.2 Fixes..
- Fixed the phalanx.php file, translated it into english fully.
- Fixed the Options language file and template up, now 100% english
- Alliance.php translated more into english.. now the messages are in english insted of german.

Version 0.1 Fixes..
- Fixed the "Allow & Reject" buttons on the Alliance Approval page.. nolonger in French.
- Created a whole new Administration menu.

Ive also thrown in my Administration menu that i created.
its a "drop down" menu system that i setup, just goto [ templates/admin/left_menu.tpl ] to edit it..

i'll fix this eventuly so it loads on anyskin regardless of path, i was just to lasytodo so when i made it, sorry..

When i get more done i'll release it aswell.. i aint a fast worker lol. but i do like layouts and stuff so im hopeing to "redo" the entire layout of ogame and remove those pesky frames..

(sorry about my spelling, im rubbish in that area)

[ Edit : The admin drop down menu is only for Admins, not the other staff, thats being done soon ]

*Bump* New Release Out. several minor fixes, done that are a problem for many i belive especial my players.. will have more translations and hopefuly newer things done in due time.. enjoy the release.. if u find any problems with the language translations or i missed something. please let me know so i can fix it .

I make fixs for the alliance page, and applied fix from others in thsis files. I share in the Xnova official forums and in the xnova-project (spanish projet), and now i put here.

FIX:
- Diferentiation of the request text, internal text and external text.
- ADD the trasnfer alliance function in the admin alliance menu.
- Complete translate to english (prethorian) and to spanish.
- If the aplication are closed, the users, can't send aplications.
- Fixed the ranks views in the member list view.
- Order by ally_rank
- Others Fixes, i dont remember.
Please test it.
