Has anyone heard what the hell ZakuraMS is doing? The owner "sango" keeps asking people to donate for the server so he can pay the coder 3 grand..but oh no. That changed today, what happened was that when a ton of a "Donor" GM's were on he started removing there GM status,banning them and then deleting there characters.

So there is a whole poop going on right now what players are going to do about this...people are filpping out because sango scammed A LOT of people, like there was aleast 8 Donor GM's (I was not a Donor GM but I was a GM and he removed me anyways..) I don't know why..I know you people don't care but I have a small question..Is this Illegal and does It count as a Scam?
If you go to the Facebook page of ZakuraMS you will see people getting pissed off and saying: "DON'T DONATE TO THIS SERVER", "AND THE OWNER IS A SCAMMER AND poop". And It's true! He was lieing to us the whole Ducking time that he was paying the owner with the money we were donating but all he was doing was pocketing it. It was fine last night and all of this poop happened in the time-span of 30 minutes. Facebook Page:

And this server been getting DDoSed all the time..WELL I HOPE IT GETS EVEN MORE DDoSed.
Or DoSed. I don't care just do something horrible to this server. Take the source and release it or something.
Because he stole about over 500$+..Because each donor GM in v111 cost 30~70$!
(GM = 40, Admin = 70, GM to Admin = 30.)
It don't even make much sense anyways.
Off Topic: Is there a way to possibly steal a source from someone..?

And I know alot of people hate ZakuraMS anyways so I bet some of you are gonna be like: "OH NOT ZAKURAMS AGAIN. WHO THE duck CARES" Well alot of people care the ones who got scammed. So..Discuss about what do about a server that scams people for money so he can spend it on porn. :<:

You know ZakuraMS is on the "list of retarded things involving Maple private servers", right... (other examples in this list include Soul and his servers ) ? There's already been people that pointed out a ton of information on ZakuraMS, like "the amount of Players Online is rigged and it's a lie" and many other things...

And I know alot of people hate ZakuraMS anyways so I bet some of you are gonna be like: "OH NOT ZAKURAMS AGAIN. WHO THE duck CARES" Well alot of people care the ones who got scammed.

If someone is stupid enough to buy GM powers at a server with a low reputation (at least, in this community), I think they deserved to be scammed, to be completely honest :/

Looking back on ZakuraMS, I think I'll make a server with MoopleDEV and just make it donation-based. Want access to AIO Shop? $20. Job advancement? $5. Wanna be GM? $50. Seeing as there are people out there that's willing to pay for it, yeah, I'd be rich

Yes, this is illegal. It's called fraud. It's a criminal offense. However, I doubt you, or anyone else, is going to do anything about it.

Here's the thing.

I'm not sure of Sango has a disclaimer on his website or his donator panel or whatever, claiming that the donor GMs can be fired if they do something against the rules. If that's the case, Sango can simply just claim that they did.

However, must I remind you all that regardless of criminal offense or not, the private server itself is illegal?
